Basically all you need is Betty Croker sugar cookie mix, marshmallows and some vanilla frosting w/green food dye. Then tootsie rools and gumdrops for the embellishment on the hat! Enjoy!

Below is the picture of the one I made - I instead of a gumdrop, I used a yellow M&M for the buckle....they were yummy and the kids loved them!
